KlimaZeit: The status of wind energy expansion
ARD broadcast provides information about species conservation research at the WINSENT test site
In its August 1, 2025, edition, the ARD program “Klimazeit” explored the state of wind energy expansion in Germany. To gain an understanding of the role species protection currently plays in this context and the solutions being developed for the future, SWR editor Susanne Henn and her film crew visited the ZSW. She traveled with project managers Frank Musiol and Andreas Rettenmeier to the WINSENT test site to learn about the research work being done there.
